Men's & women's soccer
We place both men and women, across every division, conference and corner of the country.
Better program. Better fit. Better years. We move international college soccer players to schools where they'll actually play, and stick with them until graduation.
Men's and women's soccer players, at every level of the US college game.
We place both men and women, across every division, conference and corner of the country.
Ideally you're playing college soccer right now and you know you've outgrown your program, or it just isn't what you were promised.
Coaches need to see you play, so you'll need video of yourself. Rough clips are fine. We'll work on your material with you.
Every athlete's story is a little different, but the feelings tend to rhyme. Maybe the minutes haven't come. Maybe the level isn't what you hoped for. Maybe it just doesn't feel like home yet.
None of that means you made a bad decision. It usually just means the fit isn't right, and fit is fixable, with people who stick around well past the move itself. Over a thousand programs across the country are looking for proven college players like you.
"It's okay to want more from these years. Talking it through costs nothing, and it might be the most important conversation of your season." The BW24 team
You're training hard and staying ready, but game day keeps passing you by. Playing time matters for your development, your film and your confidence.
Too easy, too physical, or a style of play that doesn't suit your game. Real growth happens where you're challenged in the right way.
A new country, a new culture, a campus that never quite clicked. Feeling settled off the pitch is what lets you perform on it.
A proven process, run by people who've been through it. From first chat to first training session, and way beyond.
A free, honest conversation. Your level, your film, your grades, your eligibility, what's gone wrong and what you actually want. If we don't think we can improve your situation, we'll tell you straight.
Log in to your athlete portal and filter every college offering soccer scholarships by division, budget, location, style of play and academics. See exactly which programs match you.
We package your film, data and academics, and get you in front of the right coaches. You focus on playing, we'll handle the conversations, the interest and the offers.
Transfer portal entry, release letters, eligibility, I-20 transfers and visa status: the portal walks you through every document, our AI answers any rules question on the spot, and we double-check everything. No nasty surprises.
This is the bit others skip. We check in through your season, help if problems come up, and stay your people until you graduate. The whistle doesn't end our game. We play into stoppage time.
Every soccer scholarship in one place. Your matches, your documents, your deadlines, with us talking you through each step.

Most agencies celebrate the commitment, post it on Instagram, and vanish. That's half a job. We stay for the second half, making sure you're playing, settling in, and genuinely enjoying it.
Regular check-ins through your season. A real person to call when something's off, whether it's your coach, your classes, your visa or your homesickness. All the way to graduation.
Regular contact with your personal advisor, every semester.
We track requirements so nothing jeopardizes your standing.
Whenever the rules change, so does our advice. Instantly.

Every intake window is capped at 100 athletes. Not because we couldn't take more, but because care doesn't scale forever. At 100, every player gets a named advisor, a real relationship, and a team that actually knows their game.
When a window fills, it closes. Simple as that.

⚡ NAIA to D1Real transfer success stories from around the college game, shared to show what's possible when the move is right.
“We came over on soccer scholarships ourselves, and we both ended up at programs that weren't right. We know the sinking feeling of being stuck 4,000 miles from home at the wrong college, and we know the paperwork maze of getting out of it. We transferred, we thrived, and we built BW24 so the next generation doesn't have to figure it out alone.”
The BW24 founding team
International student-athletes already at a US college on a soccer scholarship who want to move, whether that's for more minutes, a higher standard, a better location or a better academic fit. If that's you, we should talk.
You'll pay a fully refundable deposit when you sign up. If we don't place you at a program you're happy to commit to, you get every cent of it back. If we do, that deposit comes off a success fee that's only due once you've committed. Either way, we don't get paid unless you do.
Usually not. Most athletes in good academic standing can transfer and play right away. But every case is different, which is why our AI is trained on every NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA rulebook, and our team double-checks your exact situation before you commit to anything.
Because care doesn't scale infinitely. Capping each intake window at 100 athletes means every player gets a real relationship with our team: a name we know, not a ticket in a queue.
We stay. Regular check-ins through your season, help with academics, eligibility and visas, and a real person to call when anything comes up, all the way to graduation. Getting you there is half the job. Making sure you love it is the rest.
Our specialty is transfers within the US college system. If you're still abroad, get in touch anyway. We'll give you an honest read on your options and point you in the right direction.
